  • How can I pay for my products?

    We accept - Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal. You can use Pay Pal even if you don't have a Pay Pal account - click the link at the bottom right of the Pay Pal screen. If you don't want to use a credit card over the internet you have the option of paying directly into our bank account. Once we have received the funds your order will be automatically placed, this option is available by sending us an email.

  • Are these products available to all countries?

    No - sorry these items are only available within Australia.

  • Can I receive a refund or return goods purchases?

    Due to the nature of cosmetic products, there are absolutely no returns on cosmetic items. In some cases, we will work with you to arrange replacement products, only if damages incur during the delivery of your order.

  • Are my personal details secured?

    Yes. All the information we ask for when you place your order is essential for us to process your order and keep you up to date on the latest offers available from Face Agency. We do not sell, rent or otherwise pass on any of your details to other parties.

  • How/when will my item be shipped?

    Products will be shipped with 2-10 days of payment. Shipping prices via Australia Post are as follows:- Economy 1 to 3 products $ 7.50, 4 to 8 products $ 10.00, 9 to 15 products $ 15.00, Express 1 to 3 products $16.00, 4 to 8 products $20.00, 9 to 15 Products $25.00, Regular post (Economy) can take between 3-5 days depending on your location. Express post is 1-2 days delivery if you are located in the metropolitan area.  

  • What if we don’t have the item you ordered in stock?

    We will contact you via email or phone to discuss options.
